All are welcome who are passionate about developing solutions to address the myriad issues around climate change. We're working to provide a safe environment and possibly host a hybrid event this October; however, most of the main Climathon events will be held online, so please make sure you have a device that allows you to engage and collaborate effectively with other participants.

Our hackathon is dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable environment and harassment-free experience for everyone. You can view our Code of Conduct here. We follow the Hack Code of Conduct and do not tolerate harassment of hackathon participants in any form, including those based on:
  • gender
  • gender identity and expression
  • age
  • sexual orientation
  • disability
  • physical appearance
  • body size
  • race
  • ethnicity
  • nationality
  • religion
  • political views
  • previous hackathon attendance or lack of
  • computing experience or lack of
  • chosen programming language or tech stack
Hackathon participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the hackathon at the discretion of the hackathon organizers.
